Shipping

1. What is the delivery time?

Local order delivery takes 6–7 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. All orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for dispatch on the next working day.

Timely delivery is subject to stock availability and order verification. In certain cases, we may request payment confirmation or additional verification to process the order smoothly.

2. What are the delivery charges?

Zarqa charges a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 on all orders across Pakistan.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

3. Does the price of the order include shipping?

Shipping charges are not included in the product price. They will be added separately at checkout, and the final payable amount will include the shipping cost.
