Exchange Policy
Any product purchased from Zarqa’s Online Store can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is:
Unused
Unwashed
In its original condition
With tags and labels intact
Customers requesting an exchange will be issued a store coupon/voucher equal to the purchase amount, which can be used once on the website.
This policy is applicable to Pakistan orders only.
Zarqa currently operates as an online store only, therefore products cannot be exchanged through any physical location.
Exchange Not Applicable On
Sale / discounted items
Customized or stitched orders
Products damaged due to wear and tear
Washed or used items
However, exchange will be facilitated if:
Incorrect item was delivered
The product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Procedure for Exchange
Zarqa does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Customers will be required to courier the product back to our provided return address. Once the item passes quality inspection, a store voucher/coupon code will be issued.
Courier charges for sending the item back will be borne by the customer (unless the error was from our side).
